Bechtel India Pvt. Ltd is a waste of time. By: noneone I had worked in Bechtel for 4 years and believe me its good for people who are Alsi (lethargic) and want rest. THE PERFECT PLACE FOR TESTICES LICKERS, CHAMCHAS, BACK STABBERS, A-S-S LICKERS AND DOUBLE STANDARD PEOPLE. If you want to waste years of your professional life (also years of your young age), join Bechtel India Pvt. Ltd right away. With respect to its ELE, they are giving good increments only to chamchas and You can see Becthel ethtics and covenants hanging on the walls almost everywhere but even the ELE management is not following them. Why do they give huge increments every year mid term to a.s.s lickers, who are non productive, dirty work politicians and create a filthy environment???
For people who sit quite, work and perform, they pay only 6 to 8% increment and that once in a year. When asked why the increment is quite less, they say "YOU KNOW WE HAVE A BASKET AND WHATEVER WE GET FROM THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT, WE HAVE TO ALLOCATE. BELIEVE ME, IT IS THE BEST INCREMENT WE ARE GIVING THIS YEAR. CONGRATS AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. ALSO PLEASE DONT DISCLOSE YOUR INCREMENT TO OTHERS". They say dont reveal to others just because the management does not want to know its people about a huge inequal distribution of income and career growths. I have seen an a.s.s licker C.......YA visiting the USA office twice and believe, he wastes the productive time, plots politics, do unethical things and spreads his long filthy tongue to insert in the a.s.s.es of superiors and dominating people. The ELE manager thinks him a great a.s.set to the company :D. Such a merciless organization.
The point is that, why BECHTEL IS&T MANAGEMENT GIVES LECTURES OF ETHICS, COVENANT BASED BEHAVIOR when they themselves are not doing it???? OTHER COMPANIES ARE BETTER WHO AT LEAST DON’T CLAIM THAT THEY GIVE AN ETHICAL AND A PLEASANT, UNCONDITIONAL WORKING ENVIRONMENT... Please dont join Bechtel India Pvt.
