This company sucks. I have friends working there and trust me these guys don’t have any process with in their HR policy. Till June end no form 16 was distributed among employees. There is no proper growth path. No real time projects to work on. They only do paper job and nothing more than that. There is no proper management which works for the progress of employee. They only conduct training which are imposed on them from their US office big bosses. no one would like to work for such company.
Also the employees here think that bechtel is a world class company where as it is not.
There are many companies which provide better opportunities and working env to employees.
