I am in the industry for over 10 years now. I have been patronizing other reliable brands and am pretty satisfied with the quality of the product and the service. A couple of months ago I bought a Beetel Savior UPS. It blew out in two months. I called the customer service and no body bothered to respond. They have a pathetic customer service. They do not have customer service even in a city like Bangalore. Nobody responds. I am compelled to escalate this issue for arbitration. The product is substandard and is a cheap Chinese import. Do not buy this and lose your peace of mind.
One wonders why Bharti is in this line of business if they cannot assure quality of service. The servicing is outsourced to a third party the infamous Onida which is least known to provide good customer service.
Even after a month there is no solution to this problems. I receive calls from third parties and no one from Beetel has bothered to respond. The initial complaint raised was closed as resolved and then I had to raise another complaint. The excuse provided by the service personnel is that they are unable to locate the address. This is bull crap. When a person from the same service center had first visited the place how come they are unable to locate the address now.
There is no accountability. The moral of the story is to avoid Beetel products
It is another month and yet there is no reply from anyone from Beetel other than mere empty promises. I will settle this issue in a consumer court. It is not the 1000 rupees that I spent but the attitude of this company that is most irritating. How can they fool the consumers like this and for how long.
