Befikre is a story that celebrates being carefree in love. A quintessential Delhi boy Dharam comes to Paris for work in search of an adventure. Just when he was about to embark on this journey of his life he bumps into a wild, free spirited, French born Indian girl Shyra. A feisty romance ensues between the two in which both of their personalities- one being an equal match for the other are tested to the limit. Battling their ups and downs, both realize that love is a leap of faith that can only be taken by those who dare to love.
The performance of the cast is refreshing. Ranveer Singh pumps up energy that is infectious. Vani Kapoor stuns us with her dance moves. This pair ignites the screen. The rest of the cast is apt.As usual Ranveer Singh has given brilliant performance and he impresses the viewers with his child-like attitude. Vaani Kapoor has equally done well and her act of free-spirited girl is sure to win her million hearts.
Befikre has some very peppy songs that are aimed at young-at-hearts, a viewer demographic that the movie and its 28 kisses are aimed at. Is it the best Vishal-Shekhar has delivered in their career? Well no, for we have heard better soundtracks from them. But the title track, Nashe Si Chadh Gayi and Labon Ka Karobar make sure that you are not disappointed with them either.
Looks like the cinematographer is gifted with the art of turning any frame into a beautiful piece of art. Every sequence has been painted beautifully by Kaname Onoyama. Guided by neat editing the film proves that the crew is a strong one.
