I bought a Belkin Wireless Router N-150 recently. I bought it to use it with my broadband internet. After switching the router on I turned the wifi on my laptop and tried to open the admin page using their setup CD. But the page does not open. I tried several times using 192.168.2.1 directly from my browser. But all in vain. In the end I connected the router to my laptop using ethernet cable and than tried opening the admin web interface but in vain.
As nothing of this worked I tried their toll free support number for India as mentioned on their website, which is +1 800-419-5546. But this number is incorrect. Just imagine, the tech support number on Belkin’s official website is incorrect. As I stay in Ahmedabad, I tried the local support number for Ahmedabad as mentioned on their website. Even that number is incorrect.
I have never seen such a bad product support and would never buy a Belkin product again. The money I spent for buying the router have been completely wasted as the router is unusable.
Beware of Belkin products. Never buy them as their products as well as their support is pathetic.
