I joined Ben body studio soon after it was opened, it looked all good, big promises being made. so many facilities described. they said so much that I agreed to pay sky high prices just because I wanted to go to a nice gym with results but what followed was completely disappointing. no body assessments done initially. I have to run after ben’s life to get one done and that too after 3 months of joining. instructors they say are physiotherapists, but I doubt. they have zero knowledge and are busy chatting or watching tv. Some of them I doubt are any kind of trainers or not. Fat bulky out of shape and they are training others to be fit.
and their spa is pathetic, gals working their dnt know which showers work and which one do not. I just went their once and decided never to go back. it took an hr for the gals to arrange for just a shower. sigh:-(
I wasted a big bunch of money there, and suggest everyone to be aware and do no go there as it is just a sheer waste of money.
