The Bengal College of Engineering and Technology is another so called good tag technical college like most of west bengal colleges has.
In last two years its academic performance was average it has 2-3 brach like ECE, CSE those faculties are really good. Other braches are not upto the mark. Branches like AEIE are getting close since there is no admission from the past two years.
Administration system is good but not student friendly. Means not so co-operative from a student point of view.
This college holds huge amount of extra carricular activities like sports, volly ball tournament, karate, robonics. The most important event is asha organised by the NSS department of this college. Its like a festival.
Like every other college this colleges alumni network last for 2-3years after college but with juniots it lasts for ever.
From my personal view if you really want to have some knowledge in ECE & CSE departments then join here. This college is not resonsible for your job and job preparation.
