They dont have any intention to do business!
Website is crap- less than a basic website. No option to raise ticket or trails. No order status. No previous orders. No order number generated n screen while placing orders, .
Imagine a single man company running out of a room in DELHI has name- Bengaluru gifts! Ridiculous!
This clears the intention.
I paid money for flow delivery- which they declined and cancelled the order(#BG238465). I wanted to talk to them- but their one & only one(Tata Delhi+91 9212630303) was not picked.
When I contacted over chat the fellow was present and gave crap like -"its not office hours n all" Though not office hours he was avaiable on chat to give crap, but wont support on call.
Said- refund would be done in 6 days max.its 16 days and still counting. 1 sec IMPS transaction has not been done till not in 16 days.
Next day was able to talk to them- they said- we haven’t received mail- I sent the same mail 5 times- then they acknowledge they would refund.
A week back I asked - where is refund. again the same crap- "it would take 6 days from now"
I said- it was cancelled on 1st april- he said "lemme check" and told "it would take another 10 days"
Till now no refund. Now even they dont pick the call on 9212630303. So Beware!
They are Cheaters, Thief, Chor.
Avoid these DELHI Thugs playing in name of Bengaluru. Use trusted sites like FnP.
