I subscribed to Femina in January for 1 year and since then I have just received 4 copies. I am extremely upset to see the customer service. I have complained at the call center so many times but each time I have been disappointed. The customer service is really horrible. I feel I have completely lost my money.
The company really needs to do something. I hope they take this as a feedback and do something asap.
