This is my second review about a product in mouthshut. The first review was a positive but unfortunately the second one is a negative one. This about the BENQ joybook. I bought a BENQ Joybook R45 on february 2009, it was working fine for one year but as soon as the warranty got expired it started showing its colors. The display card got burnt.
Then started the great drama, I had given it to its authorized service center in Bangalore on October 2010. After 3 months of investigation they found that my motherboard had to be replaced and I have to shell out about 14K for that, as I was having no option I asked them to replace it. But till date they haven’t got it replaced. If you are calling BENQ customer care nobody will give a positive reply.
I bought the laptop for Rs.36K and now i’m repenting my decision for going for this brand. So please friends dont ever buy any product from BENQ if you dont wanna waste your hard earned money and precious time.
I wont even recommend this product to my enemies.
