Let me start by narrating a small incident. Berco’s is known for its long waiting ques. After waiting for approximately for half an hour outside the restaurant, we finally got to our table and ordered for dinner. We were just settling down when the head stuart came to our table and said that we have to vacate the table. On enquiring the reason for asking us to leave, he said that there is an important VIP who needs a table and since all the orders on all the other tables have already arrived and our’s was the only table where the food had not arrived as yet, we were being asked to leave. I took it as an offense and told the steward that no matter what, all customers are on priority and stormed out of the place.
I don’t deny that the food is excellent there along with the quality and the quantity of portions, but its only due to this incident with me that I have stopped going there.
Though this place does not require any recommendation since it has been known almost to everyone, I still feel that if they have their priorities right(especially when it’s the customer), I think they might include a fleet of customers.
