For foodies like me... eating out at a good restaurant can be the best way to unwind and refresh one’s self. And if chinese happens to be your favourite cuisine, U r lucky for the number of chinese restaurants that have cropped up in India. Delhi itself has witnessed a vast growth in the number of chinese restaurants.
One of my favourites happens to be Berco’s... I remember how me and dad would drive all the way to CP to have dinner there, and yes...the place was always over crowded, it is even now.But then an outlet of the same opened just bout 2 KMs drive from my place, coming as a delight for me!!!
I remember the first time I had gone to this one, with a friend , Rajat, for a treat for his new job. And now its been like my haunt every saturday night.
The best thing about the place is its ambience, very simple yet esthetically designed. Not very dark and not very brightly lit either, just the way it would be comfortable. Its such a comfortable place that having gone there once, u will automatically feel like visiting again and again.
If there’s anything cooked in Delhi which can be called ’’chinese Food’’ its the food at Berco’s. Away from the oily, greasy and spicy Desi version of Chinese, or the boiled and watery sophisticated version of it...Berco’s offers tasty and well prepared food. The quality matches the quantity, as u get what u pay for. The returant does not offer very high prices, infact very comfortable compared to its likes. The food quantity is absolutely in accordance to the prices.
well, I can go on and on about it... but the best would be if u try it out for urself and lemme know.
