I have used exterior and interior paint with 10 years warranty in 2022.Each 20L bucket 10500/-.But paint damaged as after 18 months onwards(From 2023 onwards). I have asked shope owner who was given to us. He is not supporting and not giving proper support. No one tell now what is the issue and no rectify the issue.Even Berger Tech or sales man not supporting to us for this issue.
Can someone help me for this issue from Berger high Management or hight hierarchy authority team?
As I have loosed one lakh rupees and building reputation or value bcz of this dealer, I am expecting Berger high authorities support to resolve this issue. Why paint colorgoing to shade.
VDT Tanuku Dealers giving fake paints to village and builders. I am one of the example for this issue.. he is not giving proper bills with batch id and berger employee also supporting to him. I am fighting with these two guys from 2024 March to identify the issue.. Always delaying and dragging till now...
