My pappa had phoned the customer care of berger paints 2 weeks ago for their home painting service. We were told that someone will visit our place in48 hrs. But no one turned up for next four days. My pappa again called them stating my apathy and they were like this time they will surely send as expert for the site. This went one for couple of time. By now I have called the customer care 5 time each after 48hrs and each time they tell me that they would revert in another 48 hrs. What a rubbish service they have . It’s high time they should shut their service for home painting if they cannot service the customer on time. Very bad
