Today I bought Maruti Suzuki SWIFT Vxi withn the Timelines of 1 month and am appreciate for the words they kept among us .
I am not going to discuss so far bt ya what I like and dislike is mentioned here .
I like the Staff Courtesy, an excellent behaviour towards their customers . They stick to the one person until he get delivery of the Vehicle . So 9/10 marks for this .
I Dislike the Communication Gap and misunderstandings b/w the time of being the Vehicle is booked . No information is provided to us by their C/c calls about the status of the Vehicle delivery . No issues are shared .not an exact inf. is provided . A huge Communication Gap 3/10 for this.
I like the responsible persons and the persons here in Berkeley Pay attention and dutiful towards the customer when meet face to face .
The Person engaged who was providing the delivery of our Car missed his Half Day of his Weekend HOLIDAY and completed his duty with 99.9% success!
- I Dislike the Hard and Fast rules following by the Berkely and no concession is provided by them even of some Hundred & Thousand Rupees where the same is being provided by other Distributors .
I enjoyed Tea and Coffee of Berkeley, no matters u gonna b member of Berkeley or not. Just visit and enjoy the tea and coffee because you’re already consider the member of Berkeley when steps in into the Showroom:)
