We had booked a Hyundai A1 on the first week of June and the date of delivery was given as 6-8 weeks. It is now more than 2 months and I have still not been given delivery of the car. I called up the dealership and was told that it will be delivered in a weeks time. I have now waited for a month and still the company has not delivered the car.
The worst part is they now do not take my phone calls and there is no knowing what the status of my car is. I wish somebody would tell me what action I must take for this undue delay. I am also contemplating cancelling the booking.
