Since it is an authorised service station the expectation is that the service level is good, if not commendable.The service quality is shoddy, below expectations, with lot of things left if not attended to it personally, the paint job is again not up to mark with smudges all over the painted body, cleanliness is also not proper when you get the delivery of the vehicle.
The waiting time given is too long, for delivery of first serviced vehicle from workshop it took then 4.5 hours, rest of the people too were furious.Normally tyre are rotated at each service while alignment and balancing is done, they never do it unless specifically told to them, which is written in the instructions mentioned in the booklet.
If you are not present at the service station, expect less than satisfactory service from this service station.I had to get my car to service station twice before they worked to make it workable.On the whole not a good experience, if possible, avoid this service station.
