We opted for’Best Home Packers and Movers’, while shifting from Delhi to Bhubaneshwar. At various points they mismanaged and broke our trust.
Their representative Chirag, came and spoke very softly at first, but behaved badly afterwords. On a call, while enquiring about the status, he forced us to pay all the amount before receiving all the item, and when I tried to convince him, he put me on mute and told me when I finished asking him questions.
They broke the washing machine, on asking about how we claim for insurance(that was included in the invoice), Chirag told us to just get a repair person, and didn;t let us know the process.
The biggest blunder they did, was to leave our fridge in Delhi only. and it took them about 22 days to send us the fridge back. Meanwhile, they stopped taking our calls and answering. On telling them that we will go to customer court if they don’t send us the fridge, Only then they answered us. 4. The wheels of our office chair were broken and our bycles were crushed badly, as if they were under a lot of pressure.
They told us that we’ll be able to track our items online after it gets loaded, but nothing of that sort happened. 6. While loading our stuff from Delhi, the truck driver hit somebody’s car and it was a long 2 hour fight, that we had to manage by apologising to the person.
Above all, their representative behave badly once they get all the money and blackmail that they will not deliver the items if you don;t pay them the full sum( and that is after agreeing that 20% will be paid after we receive the items in good condition.)
Please don’t go for’Best Home Packers and Movers’ the whole experience was a nighmare.
