I agree to reviews given by s_imran80. But I suggest latest is the best of teh best. I am in this field of Graphics and animation and anyone in this field should always be updated with new softwares in the market and you ought to know about this one too.
You can do wonderful editing with this software . Unlike the earlier version of this software you can do wonders to your image. Retouching has been very easy with this.
Especially the healing tool has made editing so easy and quick and that too with full perfection.
Eg. Take an image of an old women. You would like to do some retouching with the wrinkles on the face. Earlier this could be done with the Stamp tool but now with the help of the Healing tool you cna not only do the editing of an area by sampling the skin from another area say the forehead. But earlier you would get the entire forehead area. But now with this healing tool the skin portion at the cheek area will have no color tone change except the skin will have no wrinkles as it will be sampled from the forehead area.
U need to try it yourself to understand it.
File Browser is also a new feature being added here enabling browsing faster and easier. Besides the other editing facilities already available we had the Liquify option added in version 6 which is very good for image editing.
