Unstylish customer support in Bestylish...

I have ordered a pair of Puma sandals (Puma Men Techno) Order No: 100376395 on 26 DEC’12 it was a prepaid order, the delivery was on time I got it on 28th Dec’12 but both the sandals were defective and when I called up the cust support the agent told me that they will only refund the amount in the form of STORE CREDIT and told me its written in their POLICY PAGE that there will be no money refund, I just asked whether it is written in their Policy that they will ship DEFECTIVE FACTORY REJECT????


After a lot of argument one self proclaimed supervisor Ruchin Mandhata told me to forward pictures of the defects which I did immediately and got a reply from care@bestylish.com that they will get back to me with a resolution on Monday 31st Dec’12. This is 2nd Jan 2013 and I am still waiting for any reply in spite of another email sent on 1st Jan 2013 to let them know that I am still waiting.


I will update this after the so called resolution from Bestylish.
