I wouldn’t recommend this site personally to anyone for the following reasons ,
1) Firstly I placed an order online but my order was cancelled within 5 mins due to there faulty slow site .The money was debited from my bank account yet they claimed they have not received the money from my bank .
Had to followup twice for them to confirm that they have received the money.
Each time the customer care gave the same answer saying "Payment not received".
2) I had asked for cancellation of the order. They agreed and promised a store credit for the same amount in email but later when I logged into the site, I found out that they had created a new order for the same without my consent. Prior to this the customer care had also committed on crediting the money back to me. I still don’t understand the need for new order creation.
3) The shoe which I ordered has been reduced by half the price on the date, this second new order was created. Yet they have charged the old price against the current price of the order.
I am yet to receive the shipment and the order is in "Ready to ship " state since a week. When I called the customer care they said their office is under renovation and there is unexpected delay from there courier services due to fog and they cant commit on the dates when they will be able to deliver the shoes.
I have started to feel that my money is lost. I am highly dissatisfied with the sassy outlook they project and the poor service which they provide.
