What a freakng service from u guys.
First u guys send the product then I dont receive coz of some problem, u guys say what can we do.
Second, I returned back the product coz of wrong size and u crazy people are saying that coz of some freaking rule u cannot give it back to me.
In every possibility u people make ur customer loose their money and time and dont accept your msitake. I am really disappointed by ur pathetic service at the end( although I have bought number of products from u). If u wanna learn something learn from shopping sites like https://yebhi.com, , https://99labels.com, https://fetish.com etc. This disgusting site stands no where in front of them in case of customer service. U should even support ur customer and help them if they are getting wrong product and facing any other problem but at that time u say ur customer that u r wrong. I will make sure that I will tell as many people as I can about ur bad service.
One most important thing, If u still wanna do good fire ur customer care guy named sunny. He does not know how to talk to customer, he talks as if he is giving us the products for free. That bloody person whould be polite enough to talk to people.
I will make sure me and anyone in my circle never shops from this bullshit service providers. Also if possible tell ur managers to talk to me. I will let them know how does the peole they trust are carrying out their businees!:)
