Bestylish.com is the worst website you can ever use to order anything. It’s a blot on the name of ecommerce. Their delivery is late and their customer support is extremely unsupportive. I ordered a pair of kids’ shoes in size 9. what they delivered is size 11! I got back to them wanting the size changed, but the customer rep told me that they don’t take replacements for products less than Rs 300. EVEN IF THE FAULT LIES AT THEIR END! They asked me to send the picture of the product - twice over - n still after a series of emails have been exchanged nothing has been done about that.(#100032458)
As opposed to this there are websites like Lenskart.com which have given an extremely pleasant experience. not just is their delivery prompt, but their customer reps are very very supportive.
