They are bunch of FOOLS and FRAUDS....I had ordered a pair of sandals on 10/2/2012 and the status shows ON HOLD (GRRRR) I called them on 11th they said they that my bank did not approve the amount where as the amount was deducted from my a/c immediately .....they said a supervisor would called me for the same within 48 hrs....(no call came I WAITED FOR 3 DAYS) .....then I had to call back again and a sweet little rascal ESHA DUDHORIA answered (I feel like smashing her up) and madam said that mam you need to send some documents (and you no what document the copy of my credit card ...
How insane is that) for your security reasons only then they would send my product...i said ok I don’t want to send my card details to anyone please cancel the order she said to cancel the order also you need to send us the documents.....If I don’t need the product then why should I send the documents......They have already taken the money and still kept my product on hold with no reason...and denying to refund me my own amount...........when ask for they supervisor they say they don’t have one ....are you guys a bunch of fools monkeys with no brain working over there....Disgusting....
Please don’t buy anything from them....
