This is to share my bitter experience with a shopping website bestylish.com. I had placed an order for a Nike Sandal with that site. The order came on time but wrong size. Hence I had to return it. They arranged for pickup and so far everything went great. But after the pickup there was absolute silence from their side so much so I had to inquire about when I would get the refund or the substitute product.
They first said they said that they did not receive the return. How could it be? I tracked the Blue dart courier with the airways billing number and found that it was delivered on time at Gurgaon, bestylish.com. I took a scan of that page and sent it to them. However they are still pretending that there is no proof of delivery. What more proof is needed other than the airway bill number and the fact that the order was delivered at given address?
Now they are refusing to give back the Rs. 1450/- I have paid for the order and also have their sandals back. Just that they are saying they didnt receive it. I am sharing this only so that other consumers do not get scammed like me. Be warned. Avoid bestylish.com
