To Whoever-wants-to-have-a-good-shopping-experience, This is the 1st time Im going to write my thoughts about an online shopping website and trust me my experience is anything but good. So I had ordered a pullover from bewakoof.com for a friends bday and even though I had paid from my debit card I never got a confirmation text or e-mail stating that they had received the payment and were going to process my order.
So basically all I did was wait and hope that everything was proper and I would get my order in2-3 business days(which turned out to be an entire week). Unfortunately my friends t-shirt size turned out be a bigger one than that of the pullover I had ordered. Thats my friends mistake isnt it? Coz apparently the site only says that they will replace the order if something is wrong but never actually does that.
All that happens are a series of e-mails where I tell them that I want to replace my pullover and they say that they will arrange for a pickup and this thing goes on and on until out of frustration I finally decide to gift the pullover to another friend whose size is the same as that of the t-shirt. Great sales strategy used by you guys. Keep giving your customers hope until they run out of it. My advice to every person who has read this post, please buy your stuff from any other website. The only thing bewakoof.com will guarantee you is that they will make you look like a bewakoof if you make a purchase from them.?#?dissapointed?
