I ordered a hoodie via bewakoof.com but I didn’t like the quality so requested for return but they told me its not possible. Only exchange is possible.
So again I bought another hoodie unwillingly and wrote to them to exchange. They replied to me that send your old parcel via courier or speed post, then in that condition they ll gonna exchange, so obviously I got angry and asked is it you service to pick again and exchange the parcel or should I search the courier boy pay them.

Final conclusion is that, never order with this company, people over here are not professional, they can take order via whatsapp but can’t refund via whastapp.
