Recently I had sinus infection, I visited BGS hospital. They made me do complete blood test and asked to visit in next couple of days with reports. Reports itself costed around 1800.
In couple of days when I visited hospital, receptionist made me wait for 1:30 hrs later doctor arrived.
He checked reports and informed I have some allergies. Later he asked for the file which had my previous records. Receptionist told they where not able to find my file. So doctor asked me to wait outside and come with file.
Is this the service been offered from any hospitals. Even other people along with me where on queue asking files. I lost my patience and told receptionist will be coming 2mrow as I had to leave for office and make sure you have my file ready for tomorrow. I think management should seriously take this issue and should have smooth functioning for patients to avoid such hustle.
