Friends I would never like to suggest anyone to buy honda 2 wheeler from BGS honda as they dont treat their customers well. I have bought honda aviator from them and after few months my vehicle started giving me trouble and for that I took my vehicle to their service station for getting it repaired but over there what has happened to me was very surprising to me. they told me to leave my vehicle over there for 2 days as it needs to be get repaired on lathe machine. but after 2 days also my scooter was not repaired and they haven’t informed me also about it. like this I got my vehicle within 8 days and after that also they charged me a lot. I asked them that my vehicle is in warranty then why I am getting so much bill they told me that company has not given warranty on certain part which they have repaired or replaced. after this also I was not at all satisfied with the service of my vehicle because after some time again it was giving me starting trouble. their staff is not at all co operative to their customers neither they are humble. they presumes themselves to be our masters and they do whatever they want. if we ask them something they clearly say that if you dont have trust on our mechanics they you can get your vehicle serviced outside also. so if anyone is planning to buy a honda vehicle from BGS kindly be sure before buying as they are the cheaters.
