I ordered an item from BHAAP which came in but didn’t work. I wrote back to them asking for replacement. its almost a month now that they are dilly dallying. Their claim for 7 day return / replacement is bullsh*t.
Every time I write to them, their executive replies that today between 2 and 5 pm the product will be picked up. but its not. this has happened 4 to 5 times. today again same commitment.
My suggestion, go for other shopping sites, BHAAP is not trustworthy!
