I ordered a jigsaw puzzle from this site on 18st July 2012 , so far (26th July 2012) no reply from them . I created a ticket in their https://borpl.freshdesk.com/home , strangely some one updated in the ticket like the following ,
" Dear Bhaap.com customer Crew, A customer has just contacted us with a query. Please reply as soon as possible.customer name: Email: @yahoo.comPhone: 94 Subject:Bhaap Contact Us SubmissionComment:Order number 10000 9/18/12 . What is the status of this order , no update for so many days.
So who is taking care of the customer complaint if not the customer care ? There is no reply even by email about the status of the product delivery if it is going to happen.

Today Apr 10th 2013 (note the year and date) I received the parcel to my disbelief . So im editing my review. Even thou I received the product . Sending it after 9 months cant be considered as service.
