I purchased a food container set from bhaap.com and it arrived yesterday. They said it would take 20 days to get to me but it came a week early which made me very happy!
The site is quite simple to use and is very clean and uncluttered compared with other sites, but that is probably only because they sell one deal every day. The process from wanting to buy it to actually paying for it is also very quick, you don’t have to create an account before you decide to purchase the product, you can do it just before paying for it. Payment is also quite easy but the only issue is that they don’t have cash on delivery.
After I paid for the product I got a confirmation email from them, one issue with that is that it didn’t say how long it will be shipped in. I email their customer service and a girl replied to me saying that it was stated on the deal page that it will be delivered in 20 days, but that she has passed my concern on to the relevant people so that it can appear on the confirmation email, it is good to see that people are actually listening to our concern. The only other issue is that they don’t have a call center number, you can only email them, but the girl replied to my email pretty quickly.
All in all it was a great service and they were much cheaper then anywhere else and I got the product before time. I will definitely shop on bhaap.com again and will recommend it to everyone I know.
