I have ordered(Order#100016104) the mobile handset from bhaap on 16-Aug-14, and till date I have no received the product. I tried to followed up with customer care mail id on CS@BHAAP.COM, but one responds to mail. Only get one automated mail saying we will reply to you as asap(within 24 hours). Even I tried to call their customer care no. 076764-24227, but no luck here as well. As call gets disconnected after 40 seconds saying’all are customer representative are busy at moment, we have noted your number and we will call back you’. After this you get one SMS saying’we have acknowledged your call’.
But till date no call back, no email reply and no refund.
Stay away from this fraud website, They give lucrative deals, but don’t respond to you once you place order with them.
