I ordered Sony xperia z on 04/10/2014(Order Number 100017135) from bhaap.com. They are agreeing to send the product within 15 days.
I don’t get the phone till today(15/12/2014). I contact bhaap.com and told to them cancel the order and give me the money back on 04/11/2014.
But they are not ready either sent the phone or give my money back to me.
At last the frequent request on 25-11-2014 they said that they canceled the order and as per RBI rule I get my money within 10 days.
But till today (17-12-2014) I didn’t get my money back.
They always try to cheat me. After that when I try to chat with them they always disabling the chat option.
So dear friends please avoid bhaap.com.
