I purchased Philips Snug headphones from Bhaap.com. I never received the product. After 25 days they mailed me saying that your amount will get refunded back to you. Its been more than 2 months, still pending from their side
No customer care number, yes your grievance will last till you last. No reply from them whatsoever. I’ve considered my 2000 bucks as bad debt now.
