Worst hospital I’ve been to against the price they charge. The staffs are highly unprofessional and rude. My sister was expecting and my brother in law did a lot of research about CGHS hospitals in and around Dwarka. Unfortunately there are not many reviews posted online and somehow he landed to Bhagat Chandra hospital.
It turned out to be a nightmare after the delivery. When the baby was shifted to the room which was literally a suffocating box and this is not what was showed to us when we came initially. There were many mosquitoes in the room.
The parking guy damaged our car in the parking and confronted that it came that way. The CCTV footage confirmed that the car was damaged by the parking guy but the admin did not bother to take any action.
The canteen guy takes the customers for granted. Does not even bother to clean the table even when asked and says there is no one available.
We escalated all this to Mr. Chandra and the tall hair guy who supposedly is the admin head with no action taken.
