The Ford cars are a wonderful experience - they drive like a dream - you can feel the power surging through your body. The downside is the servicing part - too few service stations in the country. This is a major problem is case of a break down. In this aspect my experience with Bhagat Ford Dehradun is turning out to be a terrible nightmare.
In less than 18 months after purchase the vehicle has been off the road for almost 3 months - once a damaged oil tank took 45 days to replace and that too after regular follow ups. Then also the car was not checked properly as a result of which a broken nut resulted in the gear shift coming apart. It has now been a month and the spare is yet to arrive and the service stn couldn’t care less. What’s more Bhagat Ford’s website refuses to lodge a complaint. Ford India’s website registered the complaint and a day later I got a call from Bhagat Ford’s HQ in Chandigarh - told my grievance to them and that’s the end of that. I have posted a letter to the MD - let’s see.?
Bhagat Ford needs to get its act together - think before you buy from them!!!!!!
