I sent my Oprta to Bhanu Motors for service. It was a normal service so no fancy stuff at all. The car was returned to me and the next day when I drove the car I noticed a big issue with the race. As I raced, the car did not pick it up and then all of a sudden suddenly accelerated. This was dangerous.
Coincidentally, at the same time I received a call from Bhanu Motors asking about the service. I told them about the issue and they picked the car the next day. I was then called and told that some electronic part that controls the race is not working and it would cost me Rs 7500 to replace it and at that time they did not have it either. I told the service guy that it was working fine when I gave it for service to which he said that the part can get damaged anytime.
I am not a child to not know what would have happened there and that I am stuck with the replaced part at the service center. We all know that Chevrolet service sucked, they hype up the stuff that you need to get done etc but this is the pits. What a shame, amazing cars but just poor service.
So guys, a warning about Bhanu Motors, may be you can skip getting the same treatment.
