I too, another victim of this service station. I am owning Chevy Aveo 1.4 and from the day I went to this service station my bad days and nightmare started. With the span of 3 months the vehicles went 12 times to the service station for one or the other reasons and I already incurred hefty amount on this with no result.
yesterday they forcefully retained my car with them and pressurising me to pay the bill first. I complained to GMI many a times on this but all in vain.
Now left with no other option and filing the case with Consumer forum and also criminal case against Bhanu Motors and GMI. Buying GM cars is totally worthless as the service part to highly pathetic and painful.
