The batch timing allotted for the new session was not suitable, and despite informing the team multiple times over calls, no alternative solution was provided. The classes were started as per their schedule without accommodating our concern. Additionally, we did not receive timely reminders on WhatsApp and had to rely on email updates.
The refund policy is also not clearly explained upfront, and the process seems lengthy and conditional, which makes it difficult for parents to make informed decisions.
I hope the management improves communication, flexibility in scheduling, and transparency in policies so that parents and students can have a smoother experience in the future.
