Bhanzu is a very toxic company. So, it starts from my journey as a fresher I applied to Bhanzu. I got a call from HR within no time saying my profile was shortlisted. I was so happy as a fresher I was getting a job, and I didnt do any research about the company. I thought as a fresher they were giving me a job, that too work from home. Then my interview round happened, and I got selected. Everything was good during training, and the first manager I had was also good. They told us the timings are 9 hours working it was written in the offer letter too. But then after training, like 10-15 days later, they started making us work from 10 AM to 10 PM. It was work from 10 to 10, so the working hours were so hectic, so hectic. And in that, we had to make calls. I thought it was a business development role, but there it was like a call center. We were told to kind of harass customers they wanted us to annoy them. The routine was to call twice in the morning, twice in the afternoon, twice in the evening. No matter how many abuses the customer gave, they dont care about it. They told us to call continuously, and we had to take counselling sessions. And it felt so bad that customers showed so much dissatisfaction. Why dont they change anything in their management even once? If every customer is complaining about something, why arent they fixing it? Youre taking so much money from customers, so why arent you fixing it? I was feeling very bad inside. I mean, we take so much money from people in the name of education, but they dont get anything like that. Then Director A comes. He used to change our team every month; hed divide us into groups of five, then hed pick someone from the team and make them manager. I mean, a manager is someone who can lead with experience he used to pick an employee who is our colleague, same as us, and was made manager. His work politics... Mr. A, our director, used to give us PIP straight away without any observation because they wanted to remove us. Such dirty politics, such dirty timings... They exploited us emotionally weve cried in meetings. But they didnt care. So then all of us the entire team resigned ourselves. I remember how much we cried in meeting, and how badly they treated us. So, I would suggest whoever cares about their self-respect and mental health should never join Bhanzu because they dont care about you. Youll literally cry every day, but theyll never be happy. Especially their upper management is very toxic; they make conspiracies among themselves. Their HR doesnt listen to anyone; no matter how many complaints you make to HR, they dont care. The director tells them to give PIP to these people, and then they will kick you out. And then their mass hiring happens, and this process goes on. Get sales out of them for 2-3 months, and then kick them out.
