I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Banzu Mental Maths. My daughter joined the program just last month, and I regret to say that our experience has been far from satisfactory.Initially, we had high hopes for the program, but soon after my daughter started attending classes, it became apparent that the quality of instruction was subpar. We decided to request a change in classes, and that’s where our ordeal began. We have made over 10 attempts to contact Bansu through various phone calls, but each time we were told that a Relationship Manager would get back to us within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we have not received a single call from them.Given our frustrations and the lack of improvement in my daughter’s mathematical abilities, we have decided to request a refund for the remaining classes. We strongly feel that Bansu classes not only fail to benefit students but also serve as a distraction. The trainers do not seem adequately qualified, and it appears they are exploiting the Banzu name for financial gain, as opposed to genuinely nurturing students’ skills.Moreover, our interactions with Banzu staff have been highly unprofessional. They have shown a lack of courtesy in handling the concerns of parents and students, leaving us deeply disappointed.In conclusion, I must say that our experience with Banzu Mental Maths has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.I implore you to take these concerns seriously and address them to prevent other parents and students from experiencing similar dissatisfaction.
