I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with Bhanzu, a teaching company that has proven to be nothing short of a nightmare for both students and parents alike. My experience with them has been nothing but a series of letdowns, false promises, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.My primary concern revolves around their inability to provide competent teachers for mathematics. Despite their claims of having a rigorous screening process for instructors, it has become evident that Bhanzu falls drastically short in ensuring the quality of their teaching staff. The tutors assigned to my child’s math lessons were not only unqualified but also lacked the necessary skills to effectively impart knowledge.To make matters worse, Bhanzu boldly asserts a refund policy that they consistently fail to honor. Promising a refund if parents decide to withdraw their children from the course after a minimum number of classes, Bhanzu has repeatedly ignored my requests for a refund. The relationship counselor, who supposedly has regular meetings with the team, has proven utterly ineffective in facilitating the refund process (close to 70KINR). Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, I have been met with nothing but delays and excuses.It is unacceptable that a company entrusted with the education and well-being of students shows such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. As a frustrated and dissatisfied customer, I urge anyone who has faced similar issues with Bhanzu to join me in taking collective action.
