My experience with Bhanzu had its ups and downs. I faced considerable difficulty and had to follow up multiple times regarding my refund, which was a frustrating process. However, I appreciate that the issue was finally resolved and the amount refunded. I would especially like to mention Sharadhi, who stepped in and helped during the final stages. Her support made a difference. I hope Bhanzu works on making their processes more transparent and responsive moving forward.
