This high-pressure fear-based tactic is unacceptable and does not reflect an organization confident in its educational product.
Untrained Teaching Staff:
After enrolling, the quality of instruction was severely lacking. The allocated teacher was evidently not trained in Bhanzus specific teaching methodology, turning my child into a "guinea pig" for an unprepared instructor. This lack of qualified, consistent teaching represents a failure to deliver the core service promised.
Ineffective Customer Service:
When these issues were raised, all complaints were effectively ignored. The organization failed to address the inadequate teaching, leaving me with the conclusion that Bhanzu is not invested in its students education.
