Bhanzu -Fraudulent and deceptive
Course: I’ll give 2.5/5. They don’t explain concepts like lcm, hcf, sets etc, the teacher just brushes through.
Transparancy: 1/5
Customer support/Refund/Exit: 0 . I was told that as long as the child hsa completed 30 sessions, we can request for refund anytime. When I placed a request for the same, they outright denied a refund. I posted the complaint/review on trust pilot based off of suggestions in social media. Immediately I got a call from them stating to remove the review and my amount would be refunded. I got a refund of one month and got a message from the EMI provider for paying the balance amount. I have no contact from Bhanzu to reach out to and its frustrating while they promise something and deliver something else.
Please don’t be fooled by the ratings as these guys manipulate the ratings
