We have taken the classes for my son by seeing the ads in You tube. After the demo class Sandesh Marshale(Senior Academic Counselor) mentioned to enroll the class otherwise we are not going to get the discount. He also mentioned that if after 30 classes if your are not happy they will refund the amount with a simple process.
We have finished all mandatory classes and decided to discontinue the classes. The reason for discontinuing is we are happy with the contents. The trainer for English class has been late on multiple times which eventually continue for more time than 1 hour and the content is not up to the expectations. English trainer has been changed multiple times.
As we were not satisfied we wanted to discontinue the classes but they asked to complete all the mandatory classes. We have completed all mandatory classes and looking for refund.
Every week we get call from multiple persons(resource manager, content manger, global sales team etc) to know our experience. Initially, we gave the feedback but it continued for almost 4 weeks with every time a new person calling and asking for our experience.
We are really frustrated with these calls. Now we have decided to not to have any discussions on our experience and looking an answer on our refund status.
Hoping to get genuine and honest answer on refund asap.
