I paid 45000 in EMI. They provided only one class. After waiting a month I asked for a refund. None of them replied back. The person who contacted me several times for payment has not responded either. I am really screwed up with this. Please don’t pay any money. I will post the same in Media. As well as log a complaint with your bank as these people are big scammers getting money through bank and cheating the customers. If EMI option is discontinued many people money can be saved. Dont leave them just like that. my grievance details are DARPG/E/2023/0031765. I also complaint in HDFC bank by dropping email to(customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com, support@hdfcbank.com) Planning to file a legal case against them in Andra state.
