There service since the payment has been horrible. Once they receive the payment they are not at all concerned about calling you back or sorting the issue.
Till the time they dont receive the payment they call you n number of times to convince you to take the classes.
I wanted my refund my after 20 sessions, there was nothing new taught in those classes. They changed the subject teacher, and sadly she wasn’t that effective.
I called them no. Of times for the refund, all they do I call from various international no. And just say that they will do sort out the matter. Now I have stopped taking the remaining classes, and I am still waiting for their call but there has been no response.
Please don’t fall for their trap, their team is very good in convincing , but when it comes to refund , they will leave you harassed and you will be helpless.
