I took a demo for my child last year in the month of December 2024 and post that I got a continuous follow up from Bhanzu team(Shubhankar Paul) stating my child to join their special maths classes. Mr Shubhankar Paul was the salesperson who sold me Bhanzu classes.
I paid around 42k for these classes hoping that my child will learn something new and creative. I was given an assurance that they have a hassle-free refund policy in case the program does suit child/parents.
My child attended almost 30 classes, and I also was monitoring those classes and could conclude that this program is not upto the mark. The teaching technques are totally different than the school curriculum. We provided timely feedbacks to them, but there were no changes.
I decided to withdraw my child from this program and requested for refund and after multiple reminders and follow ups, havent heard back from the Bhanzu team. I have been calling the customer support team who always have been asking to attend more classes instead of refunding back our money.
I have already done my numerous follow ups, called call center multiple times but no results. Every time they say in next 24 hours, well update but to no avail. This is really VERY frustrating.
I will leave no stone unturned and will be using various modes to voice out my concerns. Next, we have decided to visit nearby POLICE STATION(in Mumbai) for this financial fraud. Also, well be trying Social Media and Consumer forum till my refund money is PAID back by Bhanzu.
